Exchange server 2016 stability issues on Windows OS 2016

This is pretty strange issue, Deployed Windows 2016 OS for a potential customer and added New Domain controllers.

Since this was new prospect, customer needed Exchnage 2016 server, so as Exchange 2016 CU3 added support for installing Exchnage 2016 on windows 2016 OS, there were strange issues in the deployment eventually i ended up contacting Microsoft Guys and they acknowledged problem and stated that this is a known fact and right now we dont have any workaround for it.

As per Microsoft:

If you attempt to run Microsoft Exchange 2016 CU3 on Windows Server 2016, you will experience errors in the IIS host process W3WP.exe. There is no workaround at this time. You should postpone deployment of Exchange 2016 CU3 on Windows Server 2016 until a supported fix is available.

So till further notice it is recommended to postpone deployment of Exchange 2016 CU3 on Windows Server 2016 OS.
