Exceptionally delicious Sweet & Sour Pork

The Grand Cafe of Grand Hyatt Hong Kong serves international cuisine. I have not had Sweet & Sour Pork for over 10 years because the ones I had in the past were either too heavily starched or the pork was too fatty ( not healthy! ). I visit the restaurants of Grand Hyatt very frequently, especially its Grand Cafe. One of the lady staff of this restaurant told me I should try their Sweet & Sour Pork, very different from others. Since I follow her recommendation to choose their dishes on and off and she is right all the time, I then took her advice to order the Sweet & Sour Pork. After I tried it, I gave 2 thumbs-up: the starch was only thinly on the pork which was lean and tender ( no fat for it was high-quality of pork ) and it was finely fried to such extent that the pork was slightly crispy outside and tender inside while the taste was not too sweet and too sour - Very Perfect! From now on, I will have one more favorite dish to choose from Grand Cafe!
