Exceptional Student Experiences Go Digital at RBC!

RBC Café – RBC?4Students? powered by Ten Thousand Coffees launched with our trademarked logo: RBC?4Students? as a “First of a Kind” exclusive digital engagement platform on June 20th 2016.

Our Key Objective was to introduce RBC co-ops and summer students to the diversity and depth of opportunities across RBC– all over coffee!

RBC Café - RBC?4Students? Leadership Series

To end the summer with our students we launched a RBC Café- RBC?4Students? Leadership Series which was an exclusive chance for our summer students to connect for a group chat with RBC leaders across many disciplines and segments of the bank. This platform gave students the opportunities to connect with our RBC leadership team to raise awareness and understanding of the bank along with receiving some great career advice and guidance. The RBC leadership team also benefited from the 2-way coffee chats in that we learned more about the students and what attracts them most to employers as it relates to opportunity and fit.

So What's Next?

The RBC Café - RBC?4StudentsCareers...

This month the RBC Canada Campus Recruitment Team will be rolling out, with our friends from Ten Thousand Coffees, our RBC Café - RBC?4StudentsCareers. The RBC Student Ambassadors will be out on campus with our digital tool to connect with students across campuses this fall. Be sure to keep a look out for our RBC Student Ambassadors at your schools and be sure to meet up with them for a coffee to learn first hand about their experiences with RBC this summer!

The RBC Canada Campus Recruitment Team will also be out there this fall with our RBC Café - RBC?4StudentsCareers hosting coffee chats, group meet-ups, sessions on our programs and opportunities and sharing tips and tricks "to help you find the career of your dreams."
