Not only do they consistently provide value to those around them, somehow they seem to be able to keep up with everyone flawlessly.

The relationships in our lives are so important and we must have a strategy?for relationship management?and systems that help us keep note of the important things.

As with anything else in life, we must have focus.

We must know the priority relationships and make the most important ones our heaviest focus (priority relationships defined and a system for the touches). Over and above the basics that many overlook, we must find ways to scale our touches.
