9 年Over the past 2 months sales at Featherwood has increased considerably. One of the reasons could be that the current prices are correct and well within the market. The sales of our Free-Standing Cottages have increased, this has resulted in 7 of the LAST 11-Units SOLD in the last month. We currently have Options to purchase on 2 Units, therefor leaving excluding these Options only 2 Units LEFT. In Phase 5 (Apartments) the next 6-Unit Block 50% of the Units are sold and building will commence in May 2015 (expected occupation date February 2016). As with so many Developments, this unfortunately has been the month for price increases and has the previous prices increased by approx. 9%. Even with this increase the average possible Rental income for the two-bedroomed units are R7,000pm and for the three-bedroomed units are R8,000pm. This is still a GOOD investment.
