Application Suggestion
1.Application Method
It is suitable for immersion sizing machine, metering rod sizing, gravure or flexographic coating, knife coating, curtain coating, steam knife coating, and printing press sizing. Practically good equipment: wire rod sizing or coating, knife coating, steam knife coating, curtain coating.
2. Coating (Coating Sulution )
Ready-to-use product, no product dilution is required. If dilution is really needed, the solid content of the product should be maintained at a high level as much as possible, and the dilution factor should be controlled 1-2 times. The product can be gently stirred before use. Defoamers (fatty alcohols) can be added to the product to control foam.
Special suggestion: the customer have to coat twice, if the equipment can only handle once.
3. Coating weight
Recommended dry coating amount 6-10gsm, minimum coating amount (total coating amount) 8gsm
4. Dry
Adequate drying to ensure as fast as possible curing, contact (such as drying cylinder), non-contact (such as hot air, infrared) drying are possible. The temperature is generally above 100 degrees and below 140 degrees.
5、Heat Sealing
Ultrasonic heat sealing equipment, set temperature 350-400℃ (actual temperature 260-300℃), heat sealing time 0.5S-1s.
Ordinary equipment: actual temperature 200-220℃), heat sealing time 0.8S-1S.
6、Repulpable, recyclable
Soak in hot water at 60°C for 30 minutes, high-speed disperser for 15-20 minutes, disperse into a slurry, and the re-slurry rate is more than 95%, the large-scale rate is low, there is no fluorescent spot, and the recyclability is good.
