Excellent Guest Posts - Salesforce Break Blog
Salesforce Break blog has had several guest posts this summer, and I wanted to highlight the excellent writers and topics.

- First off, back in the beginning of May we had Josh Dayment on the blog. He wrote a piece about the Summer ‘24 release. Salesforce introduced reactive Choice Collections in screen flows, allowing for dynamic updates of choices based on user input within a single screen. This enhancement eliminates the need for multiple screens or complex setups previously required for creating dependent or filtered lookups. Learn all about it in his post HERE.
- Next, Alec Dorner penned an article on how to utilize the Flow Analyzer. The Flow Analyzer is a free app on Salesforce AppExchange that helps identify and remedy violations of best practices in flows. It scans for 10 types of violations and features a "flow mechanic" for making updates. In version 1.5, it will add capabilities for bulk updates of API versions and replacing hard-coded IDs in flows. Check it out HERE.
- Simon des Forge updated us on how to integrate the Flow Action button in the Summer ‘24 release. The new Action button offers opportunities to enhance user experience and simplify complex use cases within screen flows. Read his piece HERE.
- Last but not least, Bobby Wright wrote the latest guest post about the Flow Tool Kit, an advanced form builder interface. This dynamic component enhances Flows, allowing users to manage date-centric records through an intuitive calendar interface. Learn why you’d want to use this feature and how, by reading his post HERE.
