Excellence

One of our core values here at Thompson Electric is excellence. I personally take pride in what we do, and in this organization. I think excellence isn't necessarily a list of behaviors, but a mindset. We don't cut corners. We do things right, even when it's hard to make that decision.

Excellence is not perfection. We are human, we will make mistakes. Sometimes we get caught up in the day to day grind and take the easy way out. These things WILL happen, however they are not the standard. We don't take pride in these things, and we constantly strive to do better, put in cleaner work, educate ourselves and our peers. These are the things that set us apart from other companies, and make us who we are. We are on a mission to do different, and one of those ways is embodying a spirit of excellence in everything we do!
