Jana De Anda, Co-Founder of Excelerate, will assume the CEO role after six successful years as the company’s President. Her leadership has been instrumental in shaping Excelerate’s core services, driving business development, and fostering a strong organizational culture. The transition is further supported by the appointment of a new Board of Advisors in December 2024, signaling Excelerate’s commitment to forward-thinking governance and strategic expansion during its current high growth phase.

Co-Founder Nilay Thakkar, the outgoing CEO, will transition to Executive Chairman, maintaining an active role in daily operations and strategic direction.

Throughout her tenure at Excelerate, Jana has launched key service areas in Customer, Employee, and Data Solutions, spearheaded business development efforts that expanded the firm’s client portfolio, and established the culture within the organization.

Before co-founding Excelerate, Jana led a market research firm through a period of significant growth, leveraging her expertise in sales, marketing, operations, and customer insights. Her multifaceted experience provides a unique perspective on driving organizational outcomes and fostering cross-functional collaboration. Jana holds a BA in Psychology and Communications from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a Master of Science in Executive Leadership from the University of San Diego.
