Imagine getting into a new car, not adjusting the seat and not changing your mirror.
Imagine getting into a new car, not tuning in your favourite radio stations, not hooking up your Bluetooth.
You just wouldn't.
So I'm going to do a short and sweet weekly post on the things I do to tune up Excel to the way I like it.
This won't be earth shattering tips, but over the years I've found that it is the simple tips that have the most impact and the widest application.

Stopping the start screen from displaying every time you start Excel 2013/2016
File > Options > General > Uncheck "Show the Start Screen"
