There are many innovative data visualization & storytelling tools available these days; however, it seems like Excel is simply NOT going away!

3 年Excel is especially good if you have smaller (non scientific) datasets (like less than 200 people) - I, at least, can better see and manipulate the data and learn from it's patterns.

3 年Last year, I would have argued in favor of Python. Now based on my most current experience, I say that Excel and VBA are going to continue to dominate several industries for several more years.

3 年It ranks in the top software packages, and the jewel in MS Office. When I moved to Keynote and Pages, I kept Excel. Exceptional functionality and a joy to use.
