Dear All,
My post on Concurrent Parallel Critical Delay Demonstration generated over 1200 views and many comments, most of which were complimentary, for which I am grateful for.
A number of people have asked me for copies of the said float map and I have been reluctant to send it mainly because the actual updates used in that float map have a ridiculous constraint in the "Steel Structure" activity ID: CRMFXE4620 which is obvious once the CP is run. However, that is one of the great things about "float maps" obvious discrepancies "punch you in the face". An example of the filtered out critical path can be seen by pressing the following link: "Float Map Critical Path".
The actual "Float Map'' can be downloaded from "dropbox" from the link advised below (do not forget to enable macros).
Dear All, some of you can get a link others cannot. If a you would like a copy just send a message and I will "share" the "link" with you.

Watch the videos on "youtube" under Fearnsides and Associates and press the buttons accordingly, and likewise follow the bullet point guide on my previous post.
If anyone wants a "float map" producing from their updated progressed programmes we can do so, but there will be a cost involved. Please contact me (Jeremy Fearnsides) at: [email protected]
To brighten everyone's day up the photograph on the "Post" is a 1956 Gibson L5 CES and it has Alnico V pickups on it. Only about 100 were produced by Gibson with Alnico V pickups on them between 1954 and 1957. Sometime in 1957 Gibson started to install "humbuckers" (PAF). Of the 100 produced one very famous singer had one in his band, his name was Elvis Presley. It was owned by Scotty Moore his guitarist. Elvis and Scotty recorded "That's All Right Mama" on a Gibson ES295 (an Arthur Grudup composition, no less), however, they recorded "Mystery Train" with the L5 CES and continued to record with it until Scotty traded up again and bought a Gibson Super 400. The rest they say is history.
Anyway check out the web site: www.uaeguitarandamphire.com and hit the links. My personal favourites are "Paul Pigat" playing rockabilly and Gary Clarke Jr playing a Fender Nocaster (Telecaster) on a song called: "If Trouble Was Money". Enjoy.
