EXCEEDING GLORY

The glory of this latter house shall be greater than of the former, saith the Lord of hosts: and in this place will I give peace, saith the Lord of hosts. Haggai 2:9 KJV

The Church of our Lord Jesus Christ is going through her trying times in this season as it has never been since the birthing of the church. She has suffered many reproaches in the hands of the wicked ones, she has been mocked and despised. The devil and his agents has demonstrated their skill of evil over her by using their positions to make laws that affects her negatively and now it looks as though things are falling apart on her. But this we do know, whatever it is that the kingdom of darkness is doing it is momentary and will surely pass and the church instead of falling will move on to greater glory.

Paul in his writing made us to understand that things that are seen are temporary and we know that whatever that is temporary are subject to change. He wrote Our light affliction, which lasts but for a moment, works for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory, while we do not look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. 2 Corinthians 4:17? (Modern English Version)

Oh hallelujah, this is so full of grace and uplifting, so powerful and so reassuring. It says all that is happening right now is a light affliction. In order word, it is a small thing, it is little, it has no weight nor ability to stop us nor bring down the Church of God. Therefore we must see things in this view... See all that is happening as a light thing, see it as nothing and see it as small potatoes even as The Message Bible puts it, these hard times are small potatoes compared to the coming good times Hallelujah!

 Yes! the Church is going through a shaking period that is affecting our fellowshipping together the it ought to be but the shaking is making way for the greater glory to come, it is paving way and working for us a glory beyond description, a glory beyond all measures, a glory surpassing all comprehension and that transcendent the limits of ordinary experience and splendor, an endless and eternal glory that is about to be revealed in us and through us to the world.

The enemy may have think they have succeeded in silencing the Church with the lock-down saga but what he didn't know is that greater doors of prayer in every homes was being born through it. Certainly in every Christian home is the voice of prayer outbreak on daily basis like never has been before.

Some of us started daily fellowship in prayer with people around us. Like in my compound, since everyone is at home doing nothing but spending their time watching TV all day, some are playing games, some are gathering together only to gist on irrelevant matters or gossip, so the wise thing the Spirit of the Lord told me to do is to start a daily lunch hour prayers in my house during this period and it has been an awesome fellowship in His presence, each day is so unique and full of grace. 

So while the kingdom of darkness planned to shut the door of the Church but in the real sense God was opening doors of prayer that is about to break out a new move of revival. I tell you revival is coming, it is coming, and it is coming such as has never been before.... Waves of exceeding glory in the Church of our Lord Jesus Christ is about to sweep all Nations and people all over the world.

Note that for every move of God in any generation they are people who prayed for it. In our generation we are about to experience a move of God like never have been. There's a birthing of revival across the globe that will sweep people up their comfort zone to seeking the Most High God.

Therefore the situation on ground, the lock-down is a blessing in disguise, it gave us room to get soaked in the Holy Ghost, ready for greater works. So what the enemy thought to do us harm have turned for our glorification.

Remember when Jesus was taken to heaven, the apostles went into the upper room to pray for the promised Holy Spirit to be sent to them and not many days from thence he came and the church was born, and there was great move of God.

But now, in our generation somethings greater and much more glorious than that is about to break out, because God's Glory always shines brighter and brighter. God's glory is never stagnant neither does it diminishes. God is a God of progress, thus His power and glory is always increasing and never depreciating.

Certainly something is about to happen, something lovelier, something awesome, something amazing is coming and we must get ourselves ready for this exceeding glory that is about to break forth because only those who are rightly positioned in the spirit realm can enter into the cloud of this glory.

This glory is that which will show the true sons of God. It is going to separate the chaff from the wheat, it is going to come with great manifestation of the power of God bringing in the heavenly blue print for the Church to made real in her.

So now we must pray and continue to pray until the Spirit be poured upon us afresh from on high and until the earth is filled with the knowledge of God as the waters covers the sea.

Wherefore we do not look at the things that we can see in this world. Instead, we look at the things that people cannot see. Because The things that we can see are only here for a short time. But the things that we cannot see will continue for ever. 2 Corinthians 4:18 EASY

Truly we must not look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are in heaven, reserved in God the father waiting to be unleashed. We must looking forward to exceeding glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.
