An example: A patent office rejection was based on sections 112 and 101 of the United States Patent & Trademark Office.
The response that was rejected was: “the system is not a mere mathematical or mere business method or a programe per se or algorithms or abstract or without a definite structure or means without a definite structure”
The attorney/lawyer amended the response: “A battery of a laptop, going to a low power mode or like a principle of charging and discharging in laptops, is an example of encouraging the laptop operator to think or move away from the laptop or health hazards of the laptop usage or a de-addict of the laptop usage or think about positive & negative of extra usage of the laptop. So, without prejudice, the patent office suggested, to the honourable court, a section & a rule, in the patents act & rules respectively, that observes demerits of technology ……………….. ”
