Examining Real World Evidence and Learning at IME Grants Summit

The Medscape Education team will be traveling to Boston, MA for this year’s IME Grants Summit. As part of the event, Chief Impact Officer, Katie S L. , PhD will be taking the stage to speak on the power of real world learning and evidence during her session on Oct 22 at 11:15am. The session, “The Why, How, and What of Real World Learning and Evidence” will dive into the reasons why real world learning is necessary, how providers and pharma are approaching CME in order to maximize impact, and what an effective approach looks like in practice.

“Real world learning and evidence is a very hot and exciting topic across the healthcare space today. We’re going to look at the ways approaches can be harnessed for maximum impact and explore its potential in IME. We’re really looking forward to discussing this topic at the IME & Grants Summit,” said Dr Lucero.

In addition to Dr Lucero’s session, the team will be hosting a booth. Attendees are encouraged to stop by to learn more about Medscape’s approach to impact and examples of real-world evidence.
