Comments and Observations by: Dr. Patrick D. Huff, Ed.D.
PART 1: A Possible Change of Course. Perhaps striking down Zelenskyy's top military leaders and international advisors in Ukraine would be the best way to end this insanity over what could be settled in an honest and trustworthy negotiation (exchange) between the opposing interests, which may well exclude those of the present Ukraine senior leaders, the U.S. military-industrial complex leadership, their share or stakeholders, and economic interests. It is not clear the U.S. interests align with those of the average citizen they are charged to protect and serve. Instead, these actors appear to be using this "special military operation" as a stepped strategy as a distraction from a planned global economic monetary reset. [1]
On reflection, the United States's reaction to the placement of Russian defense systems during the Cuban Missile Crisis of 1962 comes immediately to mind. During this period, Russia provided missile defense systems in Cuba to protect the Cuban people, supporting their continuing independence from the encroachment and control of the U.S. and its ideologies. ?In another similarity, Russia was placing these systems approximately 12.5 miles (Key West, U.S. to Varadero, Cuba) from the extreme borders of each country. Again, the II-28, SA-2, SS-4, and SS-5 anti-aircraft missile systems were requested by Castro as he chose to protect the rights and freedoms enjoyed by his people. Of these systems, the SS-4 could target U.S. territories as far North as the border of Canada, easily reaching the U.S. capitol. This incident between the U.S. and Russia brought the two countries perilously close to a regional if not global, nuclear holocaust or extinction-level event (ELE).[2,3]
The Americans, Eastern Europeans, and perhaps the senior leadership in Japan, those direct experiencers, should actively come forth to end the risk of a purposeful or initial accidental nuclear exchange and subsequent escalation of a nuclear holocaust.[4]
PART 2: A Critical Review of Global Strategies and Ideologies. A review of U.S. foreign affairs, political, and economic measures amply infers U.S. democratic ideologies continually fail when imposed or implemented at the point of a gun instead of applying a means that engages understanding and appreciation of different cultures and attitudes and assisting with opposing countries in the furtherance of their economic development, environmental resource conservancy sustainment, and self-interests. Perhaps, considering the rapid growth of BRICS as a competitive global economic and monetary system, it could be argued that the U.S. (Western) ideological hegemony is ending.[5,6,10]

PART 3: Experiential Observations. Evidence is emerging that this transformational phenomenon will likely occur much faster than most global analysts anticipate in the digital age of high-speed communications and artificial intelligence.[11]
It could be argued that such a swift transition will surprise most world leaders and their governmental enterprises. The U.S. needs to reconsider its national strategies and course in ways that more closely align with the emerging trends toward supporting the independent growth and prosperity of its second and third-world communities. COL (Rdt) Douglas Macgregor's historical knowledge, global experience, and expertise should be brought to the forefront of the U.S. administration and senior leadership to include their Eastern European partners. [7,8,9]
PART 4: Conclusions and Suggested Additional Research. The above is submitted as a thought experiment for those with shared interests in conserving and sustaining the earth's natural resources and environment for the mutual benefit of all of humanity. This will likely require an increase in the maturity in our acceptance of the cultures and ideologies across diverse interests without the engagement of deadly force and military means. ?

1 年I would argue it would be wise to keep an eye on the outcome of the BRICS conference that started today 23 August 2023. See the attached video link: https://youtu.be/6eGbq4SLYRY?si=PIMWYY3L2CuB6lAc
"" Love me or hate me, both are in my favor. If you love me, I will always be in your heart. If you hate me, I will always be in your mind." William Shakespeare.
1 年Dr. Huff, is this in line with the MIT report about the collapse of society within the next 8 to 10 years. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see what is happening in America and to an extent the EU. The BRICS nations are in better shape if we open our eyes we can clearly see what is coming. As David Janny stated we are living in a land of illusions, economic and political. China is in an absolute free fall. Autocratic governments may well be our future among the major powers. There is a lot about Ukraine that never made sense from the beginning.
