"A fantastic initiative and we're very proud to be a part of it - we look forward to working with Melinda Davis and the team at Empowered Women In Trades (EWIT) Group Australia!" Taskforce Australia Pty Ltd

As we wrap up an extraordinary year at Empowered Women in Trades (EWIT), I want to take a moment to reflect on all that we’ve achieved together in 2024. This year has been a powerful testament to the strength of our community—the EWIT village—and the collective drive to break barriers and create opportunities for women and gender-diverse individuals in trades.

From launching EWIT Canada to delivering transformative programs across Australia, we’ve seen lives changed, industries inspired, and bold steps taken toward our "30 by 30" mission. None of this would be possible without our incredible Alliance members, partners, and supporters. Your commitment to diversity and inclusion is shaping the future of our workforce and changing lives.

As we look ahead to 2025, I’m filled with excitement for what’s to come. Together, we’ll continue to empower individuals, inspire the next generation, and transform industries to become truly inclusive. Let’s build on this momentum and make even greater strides toward achieving 30% female representation in skilled trades by 2030.

Thank you for being an essential part of this journey - and a special thank you to our core team, for your dedication and amazing skills that keeps the wheels turning to drive EWIT forward! Wishing you and your loved ones a joyful holiday season and a prosperous New Year. Here’s to another year of impact, empowerment, and transformation.
