Executive VP of Sales. Report to Founders. Member of Executive Team. Equity.
These opportunities don't come around often.
This is truly an executive role. Titles are often inflated in the sales profession (happens in recruiting as well). Not the case here.
We're looking for someone that can help take this company to the next level. While processes/structure are important and can always be improved, we're looking for a big picture person. Someone that can see and understand big opportunities.
This person will lead a team of 30 to 40, including sales managers, with expectation of growing that to 100+.
Ideal experiences & characteristics:
- Experience with fast-growing SaaS company
- Channel Sales
- Passion for recruiting and coaching top talent
- Knowledge/experience scaling an organization
- Constant learner. Curious.
- Competitive. Love to win.
- Proven success. For example, sales leader that grew a business from $2M to $20M
- Flexible/Adaptable: Go from leading managers in a pipeline review to helping close a large, complex deal.
