As I sit down to write this newsletter, I'm filled with a mix of emotions - excitement, gratitude, and a hint of exhaustion. Our recent business journey has been a wild ride, with moments of pure elation and others that felt like we were navigating through treacherous waters.

I'm also in the middle of an evolving design system, a brand new architecture and OS that will transform the way we work and live for generations to come. The aesthetic is the messy middle, it tells a story of the becoming. The inbetween. The transition from current reality to desired reality. No perfectly executed creative direction, aligned and matched design elements, it is ALL evolving. As within, so without.

But that's exactly why I'm so passionate about sharing our story - the highs, the lows, and everything in between. Because I know that's what I needed when I was starting out - authentic, raw, and real stories that could inspire me to live my boldest life.

A Decade of 10Xing

For nearly a decade, I've been teaching 10X innovation, and I've seen firsthand the power of exponential growth and transformation. But what many people don't know is that our journey began long before that. We've been 10Xing for decades, pushing the boundaries of what's possible, and learning from our successes and failures.

The Early Days

I remember the early days, when I was a young and neurodivergent woman, searching for stories that could inspire me to live my boldest life. I looked for authentic, raw, and real stories that could give me courage and inspiration. But they were hard to find. I had to rely on Hollywood or overseas for the stories that stirred my soul and inspired my evolution.

Breaking the Mold

That's why I made a promise to myself - to share our story, in all its messy glory. To share the highs and the lows, the successes and the failures. Because I know that's what people need - real stories, not glossy and overly curated ones.

Our Journey So Far...

We've had an incredible year, with moments that felt like 10 years rolled into one. We've:

• Explored Antarctica with Stewardship
• Launched Entrepreneurship
• Hosted our 2nd She Evolves
• Partnered deeply with clients
• Moved our kids across continents
• Juggled more balls than I can count
• Pivoted the 3rd She Evolves to include HIM

As a designer, I know that good design is like a good joke - it's all about the timing, the delivery, and the unexpected twist. But let's be real, sometimes our design skills are still in beta testing (just like our business ideas, am I right?).
