Evolving with Purpose: My Journey & The Growth of Our Advisory Services

Today, I’m stepping a bit out of my shadows to chat about my 11-year adventure with CHG—a place that’s become a second home to me.

Joining CHG back in 2013, which was already the industry market leader and celebrated by Fortune Magazine as the 3rd best company in the country, it wasn't the accolades or success that anchored me here; it was the people and our true commitment to its core values.

Witnessing our capacity to grow, adapt, and tackle challenges without ever straying from those values has been truly awe-inspiring.

Despite common advice suggesting the need to frequently change jobs every few years, my experience at CHG has shown me the immense value of stability and growth within a supportive and evolving environment. CHG exemplifies what it means to continuously evolve, always with a keen focus on serving our customers' needs.

This brings me to something I’m buzzing with excitement about — the formal launch of our Advisory Services. What used to be our 'secret sauce'—helping our enterprise customers refine their workforce strategy, boost provider engagement, and prepare for a future-ready workforce—is now available to all.

Together with Matthew Brown and Scott Polenz , I’m thrilled to help lead this new formal venture, building on what we do best: adapting, innovating, and making a difference in those communities we serve every day.

So here's to the amazing individuals at CHG, our team's collective efforts, and to embarking on new beginnings. Together, we're embracing growth without compromising our values, ready to tackle the challenges of today's clinical workforce crisis head-on.
