The Evolutionary Journey Still Ahead

Conscious leaders get great results by awakening their creative intelligence. It has become critical that we develop the awareness and ability to transcend our thinking. This is both possible and necessary. We need to bring our awareness of being and doing together. The dysfunction of our ego dates back thousands of years. We need only look at history for evidence: creating enemies, war and endless cycles of violence.

The same aberration still exists today. Yet, science and technology have enormously amplified the ego. Its ability to create drama, chaos and conflict has increased dramatically. We are in crisis and in order to make a shift we must evolve beyond our current state of consciousness. We must address the ego’s inherent underlying dysfunction. Our challenges create the opportunity to achieve great results by becoming conscious leaders.
