Evolution Unveiled: ATX HR P&C Community’s Decade of Impact & the Rise of ATX PX


Our journey began a decade ago when Praneeth and I, fueled by the spirited conversations of high-tech entrepreneurs in the People space at Capital Factory, came together to establish the ATX HR community tribe in Austin, Texas. Starting small, we gathered with a group of like-minded individuals, meeting monthly to explore and learn, all thanks to the kind support of our location sponsors over the years: Capital Factory, Austin Tech Council, Cloudera, Colliers International, and Deloitte.

Over the years, we've evolved in size and purpose, transforming from ATX HR to ATX HR People & Culture. Now, in FY24, we are excited to announce our rebranding as ATX PX (People Experience). This change aligns with the feedback from our members,? insights from published articles, as well as an insightful conversation and espresso with Luke O’Mahoney that cemented and emphasized the significance of the employee experience (EX) in driving business success more efficiently and effectively through improved people experiences.

Here are a few key snippets to highlight the significance of:
