Along the way, we've witnessed incredible metamorphoses, tackled daunting obstacles, and stumbled upon unexpected twists and turns that have kept us on our toes. But through it all, one thing remains certain: no two days in this field are ever the same.

The Holistic Approach vs. Symptom Chasing:

Let us transport ourselves to a distant era, where psychiatric treatment was akin to tending a garden. Each patient, like a delicate plant, was nurtured with personalized care, taking into account their unique needs for sunlight and water. However, in our modern times, this approach can sometimes feel more like a fast-food chain, with an emphasis on serving as many customers as efficiently as possible. And just like a standardized menu at a restaurant, there are set treatment protocols that often overlook the individual dietary preferences or allergies of each patient. Alas, the days of nourishing one's mental health with personalized and holistic care seem to have been replaced by a quick-fix mentality.

The ever-increasing bureaucratic demands have transformed once-gleaming healthcare professionals into mere part-time explorers, charting their way through the treacherous and dense jungle of paperwork and endless documentation.
