Evolution Mindset

Recently, I discovered a Marketing Method which has given me success throughout my pharmaceutical career consistently and is giving me same results as a Peak Performance Coach with my clients.

It's based on the same psychology of evolution how something grows on our mind if it proves and evolves with time.

When applied properly, you won't have any resistance in converting prospects into loyal customers.

Its what I call as Evolution Mindset.

You see, the problem with Marketing is to know exactly when to ask for a sale. I think I had the answer all this while and hence I got the results what I got. Its based on the growth mindset of how people evolve as they explore newer avenues, learn new skills and meet variety of people.

Remember when you meet a customer, s/he expects you to sell but you don't have to sell or demand until the right time. This will make a customer intrigued in knowing what you have to say if not pushing something to buy. You spend some meaningful time with the customer understanding his/her problems and dreams even those that are untold. When the customer is inclined towards you, trusts you and open up, then you go for sale and demand business. Make sure you say things that you or your product can really do, be authentic. Field force in sales is generally trained narrowly about the benefits of a product and are trained to demand from the very first interaction which can make marketing short term and transactional. I always preferred to look for long term relationships rather than transactional and temporary.

The strategy is simple, make the prospect addicted to you and your services and then ask for sales, then the customer will buy anything from you.

Some people think selling as a demeaning work. Remember, everybody sells; either their time, services, or physical product. I have seen some people making fun of their customers at their back, those people could never earn respect even from their sub-ordinates, forget earning a loyal customer. Therefore, treat all your customers whether senior or junior, internal or external with respect, fairness and empathy.

In the past few months, we have created addictive content either for free or for a low cost so that people could feel the strength of our system which helped them to achieve small outcomes in a short time. When we made them an offer, our conversions have increased.

This simple change in the way we make our prospects consume content has made all the difference. The system helped the clients to evolve and transform into someone who could achieve the desired outcomes.

Recently two students, who were facing confidence issues, showed tremendous difference in their approach in just a week of following the process, what we call as "Evolution Mindset".
