10 个月Definitely the HR needs to evolve but HR works under someone and that affects the overall concept of an diverse and unbiased approach. A company in the USA wants to hire someone for a particular role but cannot hire the right candidate because the owner of the company is not ready to sponsor someone from some other country. Instead they'll keep looking for another 2-3 months and will hire someone less qualified and experienced candidate for the role. In the long term it will be a loss making decision for them but it's the present profit making and survival situation for them because sponsoring someone will be a bit heavy on the pocket.
