The Evolution of an Employee

I stumbled upon this today - its not the first time Ive seen it. But it amazes me how recently people who believed and acted ONLY on the instructions of the left hand side, were in power.

And how far weve come in a short space of time by those adopting the right hand side.

I still vividly remember a former supervisor, hoarding information, pre-defining our work, giving us no voice and believing knowledge is power (or getting him off the hook if you threw everything at the board papers!).

Ive still never known anyone to play the political game as well as them - but ultimately getting nowhere, delivering nothing and blaming others. Its absolutely toxic!
