Eviction Update

Awhile back, I shared information about the property contained in the above photo. This was a house that was purchased by my son. It was occupied by a Mom and Two kids and was foreclosued on.

As a member of the human family, I tried my very best to ensure no children would become homeless. The effort made for outreach included door knocking and leaving messages taped to the mailbox in hopes they would contact me to work out a living arrangement. The lawyer adjusted the Notice to Quit from three days to one full month to afford them opportunity to depart.

I wonder if my kindness will be perceived as such?
