Leadership can be seen everyday in the man-made items, organizations, and groups that make up our world. From the bed that you woke up in, to the home that you live in, to the food that you ate, and every other item that you touched; they all came originally from an idea of a person. That person then took that idea and, through leadership, turned it into the product that you see today.

That same concept is behind groups of people that create schools, clubs, governments, cities, towns, etc. All of these things originally started with an idea, and a desire to make it happen. The energy behind that creation is the leadership.

The way we approach everything that we do shows our originality. We may not think of this as a creative idea, but in reality we do things differently than everyone else, and isn’t that the definition of unique or creative.
