Despite the flamboyant title, this webinar is a crash course on how to up your e-learning game using variables. Regardless of your level of experience, you are bound to find inspiration and something you can use in upcoming projects. I begin by briefly explaining what variables are, and then demonstrate a series of examples that get increasingly complex.

For those who have never used variables, I show how to go beyond using standard default variables to using simple and compound formulas. For more experienced instructional designers, we explore how variables can be used to create AI algorithms to create highly adaptive personalized training.  I will introduce you to Smart Suzie, an AI chatbot created with variables.
