The new saddle (with a strangely long name) is based on the same shape and sizing as the standard Nago R4 PAS, as used recently by Mark Cavendish and Geraint Thomas but is lighter at only 148.9g. Priced at €416 it is pricey but if every gram matters maybe something to consider?

Hardest Geezer sets off on Euro 2024 England to Germany run

Russell Cook, the man nicknamed "Hardest Geezer", has set off on his new challenge - running to Germany to support England at Euro 2024.

The 27-year-old, from Worthing, West Sussex, has begun his latest endurance test two months after running the entire length of Africa.

He set off on the 352-mile (566km) journey from Wembley Stadium at 15:30 BST on Tuesday and aims to arrive in time England's match at Veltins Arena in Germany Today! Inspired? Read more at the BBC.
