I was invigilating an exam for one of our courses from our Masters program in Social and Administrative Pharmacy.?

One of the students gave me a calculator and asked if I could fix it.?

Honestly, at that moment, I didn't know how...?

But I trusted I could figure it out.?

took the calculator without hesitation.

This is not the first time I found myself jumping in to fix something...?

When I think about these tendencies?

I recall that Eyael Tewelde Habtemariam was with me in more than one incident.

with the same conviction I had of our capabilities...even when we knew we had no prior experience of fixing up a car or a door that needed new locks...

Is this due to our choice to drive classic cars, which require our attention on multiple occasions?

making us prone to thinking that we can handle anything.

Even before that, I can identify the pattern of my behavior.
