Everything everywhere all at once

The world of Professional Service Automation (PSA) is not new.? In fact, #PSA has been around since the mid-1990s.? Organizations have always struggled with managing all of the complexity of delivering professional or managed services.? As my colleague Greg Chrzastek puts it, today's challenge is supporting “Everything everywhere all at once.” ?Now Planisware being a service provider, we have also at times struggled with delivering everything everywhere all at once.? Luckily, we have a much better solution than most organizations to help us with tying contracts, time reporting, bidding, schedules, resources, costs, rates with fringe and escalations, scope changes, etc.??

Yes I am talking about Planisware’s Enterprise PPM and PSA solution.? We have been building and improving it for almost 30 years and as Larry Kading often says “During a time of revenue uncertainty, as you plan your future strategy, make sure you have a solution that has a plan as well.” Many of our customers such as Battelle, Parexel, and Tractbel are partnering with Planisware to ensure that this solution continues to stay ahead of the curve, when most PSA solutions are losing their investment both in the solution, and reduction of the supporting resources.? Odd to think of this, sunsetting any solution that is a core foundational solution for organizations to not not only improve revenue opportunities, but eventually impacts the ability to manage, manage everything everywhere all at once, and ensure you are making the best (or least worst) decisions based on reliable data.??

Thankfully this is not the strategy of Planisware .? Since the beginning, Planisware has underwood the importance of continued investment and focus on supporting organizations' reliance on a sound solution and committed investment, which is why we have increased.? We are increasing our investment in this market and solution.? We know it is that important.? The Technology & Service Industry Association ( TSIA ), the world's leading organization dedicated to advancing the business of technology services, continues to predict the future health of revenue generation and continues to fall directly on new offerings like subscription services and ability for customers to have more involvement in the supporting activities, also knows there are not too many other aspects of business that are this critical.? I mean honestly, should you ever have to choose between Growth or Profit?? As leaders focused on growth and revenue, is this really the right time to trust your future on solutions strategies without future investment plans?? I don’t think so, that is not the choice we are making here at Planisware with our expansion to #LatinAmerica.??
