No One is incapable.
Every letter has a Sound and every sound can become a Mantra (Word) to be meditated upon. One needs a Guru to understand the vibrations coming from those sounds.
Every plant has some medicinal use (Aushadhi). Even a poisonous herb has attributes to fight against venoms.
Similarly, there is no human being that is unworthy or useless (Ayogya), What is lacking is an enabler.
Often, we see that burden of proof is shifted to less powerful. Through source of power, it becomes easy to dominate the less powerful. Cause of a big failure is shifted to less capable employees who are not able to defend. Slowly, they are isolated and written off from the system under cover of lack of talent and capability.
There are two solutions to this situation based on divine guidance from ancient vedic scriptures
1.?????It is leader’s role to provide hope and direction. Everyone is a leader irrespective where we sit on hierarchy. Every talent needs an enabler (though difficult to find – Yojak Tatra Durlabh)
?2.?????When allocating roles, match closely the inherent skill set and interest of a person to the role deliverables expected from a post. This wisdom is as old as the first day when the world came into being. This is called “Varnashram” in Vedic science.

?To get desired results, tasks must be divided among countrymen factoring their inherent attributes (Gun) and impressions from past actions (Karma) – “Gun Karm Vibhagasha”
Sadguru Swatantra Deo Ji in his scriptures clarified that the “Varnashram” was created by Highly evolved Sages in ancient times to ensure that a country and a society runs efficiently based on differing skills sets of countrymen.
Once a seeker asked Sadguru Dharamchandra Deo “If all of us are souls, then why do we all conduct ourselves so differently. ?HE clarified that there will always be a difference between two persons abilities. This is rooted in deep spiritual science of Sat, Raj and Tam which are the three attributes of this Nature. At any one time, which one attribute is playing in you with highest intensity will determine what kind of action (karma) You will perform.
?“Vyaktibhed Karm Visheshta”
?The Great Scientist Albert Einstein who was greatly influenced by Indian Vedic Science also resonated this through his Quote
?“Everybody is a genius!! But If you Judge a Fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is Stupid”
