"Big banks can't close on time"

"The rate can't be that low.........something will change"

I'm proof that at least Citibank can close on time and we do consistently! I've now been originating with Citibank for 3 1/2 years and I can honestly say that every single one of my purchase loans have closed on time!

I know someone will come back with"anyone can close in 30 days" which I agree should be the case but unfortunately it isn't. When I post my November results you will see we're closing loans in as quickly as 14 days as well. All it takes is a Loan Officer who is on top of their job and a great processing, underwriting and closing team to support them which I have!
