Everyone is qualified… eventually.

I work with several real estate agents, loan officers Nationwide and have noticed most don't have anything in place to help their clients with challenged credit. Some tell clients to fix and return after; by doing that they let money walk out the door. It is a massive mistake to view a currently unqualified buyer as a lost sale. It is not a lost sale, it’s a delayed sale; they are future buyers.

2 simple things real estate agents could increase their revenue, right now:

  1. Maintain contact with currently unqualified leads. Why? Because they are future buyers, and if you don’t keep in contact with them, they’re likely to buy with someone else as their agent.
  2. Help them with their credit. I know this sounds crazy because you’re not in credit services, but hang in there and entertain the following idea.

Imagine if you had a team member who specializes in credit-related services. Imagine further that this team member’s sole purpose is to convert your unqualified leads into closed deals. Finally, imagine if this team member was unpaid from "YOU" and did all of that for free. (client would make affordable pymt) Well, imagine no more. It’s possible.

Believe it or not, your bad-credit clients are valuable to credit-related service providers. And, believe it or not, once those clients have their credit repaired, they are no longer valuable to the credit-related service provider (but they clearly are valuable to you, at that point). For the record, we are NOT a credit repair company, we are a Financial Literacy company. Credit restoration just happens to be our flagship service, we want to educate at same time as helping them fix their credit. So they dont come back, as well as 11 other services provided to protect their credit, identity, family and finances.

It’s truly a mutually beneficial relationship.
