Everyone of us is made up of approximately 100 trillion vibrating cells. Our challenges and how we face them are meant to raise our level of individual and collective consciousness. Our individual consciousness is like a ripple on the surface of the ocean but we are also the ocean, both unique and connected.

We can refuse to get caught up in the 30,000 to 50,000 random thoughts we have each day by lowing our walls and becoming more conscious of this moment. Learning to lower our walls of resistance, judgment and attachment to outcome will help us to recognize that we are both the ripple and the ocean.?Everyone is everyone.
