Everyone is (can be) a writer
No, I’m not asking you to become a professional in this field of mine. I’m just trying to help you understand how much writing is, what it means to you, how much it should mean, and how it automatically improves your life.
This is the Writer’s Psyche Newsletter. I should be talking about the writer and what goes on in their minds.
But today I am including you, the non-writers, in the equation because although you do not identify as a writer, you still participate in the same activities as I do.?
This will be a short one.
What activities do writers and non-writers perform alike?
—Journaling.
—Possession of a loud mind. A mind that visualizes and forms scenarios.
–-You never miss good writing and stories when you come across them.
How to be a better writer (non-writer)
There’s not much. Just:
1. Read books. Not just anything that comes your way. Books that interest you. They help your mind.
1. Write out your thoughts sometimes.
2. Write down any idea (and I mean any idea). Write it as soon as it comes to mind. It helps.
I have a personal story that comes with this.
Last week, I returned to a book from my high school (my fact book) where I wrote everything and anything. And this gave me a glimpse into who I was those years ago and how my mind worked. Reading those thoughts did a lot for me.
It was the throwback I never knew I needed.
I've always been one to write down all my thought processes and though I didn't have pictures. I had the words I wrote. Now I can say, this was me then. I sounded so cute and immature.
So yeah, consider writing for fun.
Writing this also helps you to go back to come up with something new every time. Because ideas don’t come every day but you can go back to what you have written to get something new to add to a project.

The therapy that writing is to you
Writing is expression.
Writing is your relationship with your words.
You mingle with what you’re supposed to say.
You craft it around your fingers daily with your pen.
Secretly you use it to express words you wouldn’t tell a soul.
Writing is beautiful.
For me, writing flows from my soul. I write this without a reference. It just comes to me because I am talking to you. And that my friend, is what writing is.?
Writing can take you back in time. Writing helps you find your past self and none of you is lost (as I mentioned previously). Finding that book was my miracle. My past dreams came alive again.
Writing is the memory box you should explore.
Write it all.
Write your thoughts.
Your ideas
Anything striking.
So even if you leave.
There's that note your child could find that bears your name, your story, and their story as well.
I encourage you to pick up this new therapy (hobby).
While I welcome you to a new week of exploration.
See you next week. ????
If you are not subscribed, kindly subscribe and learn more with me as we explore the psyche of the writer every week.
