Everyone can learn to be a LEADER but not everyone can become a LEADER

This quote got me thinking deeply... As much as some don’t want to admit it, everyone can learn( be trained ) to be a leader but not everyone can become a leader! There’re so many businesses that fail because of poor leadership, even if the best employees are on hand. And many disasters could have been prevented if the leaders weren’t blindly trusted and given the key to the kingdom! The best leaders identify themselves as leaders. But they don’t get lost in their identity. They know who they’re and they’re constantly seeking within themselves and within others to perfect themselves. True leaders succeed by understanding potential in themselves and in those they lead. They understand why there is a picture of a vegetable on a packet of seeds. They don’t care what the seeds look like. They want to know what they will become! The function of a leader is to nurture and care, to lead from within, to build trust relationships, create communities, stay focused on what is truly important and guide those who will follow with the same values! You have to keep in mind that when you’re hiring someone for a certain position, you’re also hiring that individual for the future. Don’t be a victim. Leaders don’t always lead!
