What If You Could Save Someones Life With 2 Hours Of Your Time...

Serious illnesses, violence, accidents, and natural disasters are not selective and can impact all families. With a few minutes to 2 hours of your time, you can provide life saving blood, plasma, and platelets needed to help save the lives of loved ones.

Individuals who undergo severe blood loss and/or who are battling blood cancers may require blood, plasma, and platelet transfusions to survive. Although an estimated 38 percent of the U.S. population is eligible to donate blood at any given time, less than 10 percent of that eligible population actually donates blood each year. 

Today marks the beginning of a weeklong blood/platelet drive partnering Hoxworth Blood Centers and The Gregg and Robyn Oshita (GRO) Foundation in Cincinnati. From June 2nd - June 9th, please consider donating blood/platelets to help save loved ones who desperately are in need them. For those who are donating, please call Hoxworth at 513-451-0910 or visit www.hoxworth.org to schedule a time to donate at your nearest Hoxworth Blood center and mention the code PR-1465. That way we can actively track everyone who donates and thank them for their generosity.
