Everyone is born to be successful.

I think the key to success is to focus on goals.

Success should change people where definition of success would vary so changing pattern in them.

Success can be fructification of effort used with sincerity which would be relished no doubt to bring a change in different says like,

In majority cases if success has added wealth and fame one such mind can linearly extrapolate to add wealth, fame and power where his mind starts working in a different direction and so environment is no more as focused in one point to achieve unknown or impossible thought earlier but to expand network of people who could mutually work for gain.

There is nothing wrong in linear thinking but change is that earlier there has been free space in mind to imagine and rise to achieve which now is blocked and seeing in narrow space with desire to relish success. The further course depends on how much one is giving to others as his mind of desire and selfish motives and could be passing this test too.

Many people do wonders and still never see their task as success, in fact others remind them for the work they have done and achievement which they anyway have never kept secret and using for public welfare.

In case we understand their mind they are visionary where certain gain as fructification as come in existence which they assign in a group to work for its expansion which can work as point no 1 by a different set of people who get to know and add value in their mind.

This person doesn’t fall away from his vision and continues to get idea and associate many to work on newer ideas which certainly are much higher than previous so has been attracting to reach another milestone and create another group for manifest on output of new idea.

People of such nature love thinking and attracting ideas which they love as utilizing their time and life assuming to have a hug her purpose.

World may designate their success and many would like to indicate working on their mission to be in limelight of success as their limit whereas the real hero of success doesn’t see end so once he achieves something significant is ready and motivated to rose higher and get higher knowledge to satisfy his hunger.

Such mind has to be divine directed and is connected with intuitive sense even if he would have never thought on those lines but certainly are helping in livelihood of many as unsaid humanity.

How much they themselves have been solely responsible about what they got it done and the part of others who have helped them in every step.

A leader has responsibility to taking a laurel for success so has to take responsibility for failure.

Great success can be led by one but greater achievement it is has to be by many people involved in different section which would include those lowest level in hierarchy who have supported in non-technical matter ensuring them to give smallest help as and when they needed.

If their sins have not reached height and they happen to be lucky many people who had supported would come back for their help and disappointment experience as the turning point of their life.

The one who as a leader have achieved greatest height not forgetting to include each individual to give their credit dues is loved and they form a healthy association as life time memory.

Their fame spreads slowly not on achievement but the behavior which allows many young aspirants to associate and carry out work on past achievement which can be extended in new heights in different direction.

They have developed nature to inspire all not limiting in the work of humanity and enjoy spreading a message of love and compassion for people to remember in memory for long time to come.

Let us take Arjuna's stand on focus. If one concentrates on real things, other things loose importance. In his case, it was very clear to him for finding the path for his arrow. Other things were of no consequence to him. He could simply ignore the branches & leaves surrounding the bird.

Spreading love and compassion would not need achievement as that task itself can do the magic but when one is known by success for any achievement he doesn’t lose the chance but can use as a good platform for inspiring people allowing many to achieve from a level they had the energy but demotivated.

Expecting something from others have different implications. You cannot call all expectations are foolish except under certain circumstances. There are two ways of expressing your expectations. One is "Explicit" & the other is "Implicit".

Explicit:-

If things & matters are stated clearly and in detail, leaving no room for confusion or doubt, then any expectation is logical, rational & is binding for others to fulfill & there is nothing foolish about your expectations from them.

It will become foolish, if you have no commitment to be recalled & if you do not know his capability to fulfill your expectations.

Implicit:-

If your expectations are only suggested, though not directly expressed, it becomes only a request to consider for fulfilling your needs. It is left to others to decide, unless you insist on something with expressions meeting your requirements. It is left to him to fulfill your wish. It will become foolish, if you demand without any mutual consent.

What are the circumstances when you will be forced to expect something from others:-

Your helplessness:-

When your own efforts do not come to your rescue.

Your hopeless condition:-

When you have to necessarily depend on somebody's mercy.

Obligation:-

When you are bound by circumstances beyond your control.

Compulsion:-

You are under compulsion from somebody in power & authority.

How the dependency on others comes?:-

Your comments?....

Your helplessness can be due to lack of understanding of a situation, lack of funds, insufficient efforts with the place, time & circumstances not being favorable to you.

Hopeless condition can come through ill health, inability to handle any issue efficiently & there are no ways & means to offset the lack of funds.

Obligation is another way of dependency on others without your willingness, but due to the forces beyond your control.

Compulsion may come due to non-availability of better options & you have no other way to handle.

Why you feel guilty?:-

When things are going out of your control, you are in a mess. This will make you guilty, if you have to stretch your hands to others. In some situations you may get the help easily, but in some circumstances you will be forced to follow the conditions stipulated & imposed by others. You will become foolish if you cannot fulfill their demands & conditions.
