Eating healthily is not a problem, but being in a caloric deficit and working out daily for 2 years to change the set point and reverse disease are?only possible for?strong women.

If there were a magic pill, 21-day challenge, or miraculous diet, we would all be toned and fit.


The brutal truth is that?a healthy body cannot be bought; it must be earned?through?consistent daily actions, sacrifice, hunger, and a strong mindset.

What seems manageable at the age of 30 becomes significantly more difficult at the age of 40.

Did you reach menopause? It’s even more challenging.

Estrogen and progesterone are gone, and even if you use HRT, it is not the same on-demand surge of hormones.

You notice changes in the body and share a lack of energy to do what you want.
