Everyday Lottery Ticket

This may sound a little strange but stop and really think about it. ?

Have you ever stopped to get gas, walk in the store and see people buying scratch off tickets? ?They have so much faith that that little two- or ten-dollar ticket is going to reward them with far more than it cost. ?

Why don’t we have the same attitude toward each day when we awake or even the night before as we lay down to sleep.

The thought that this day that I have been given could reward me in ways I couldn’t imagine. ?

Because really when you look at the odds, the chance of winning big off a two dollar scratch off is very unlikely. We have much better odds of having an amazing day, yet we believe and are so excited to scratch off those money bags while approaching most days with a less than excited mindset. ?

We have no control over that ticket we buy. It truly is luck of the draw. ?However, we have a lot of control over our own day, what we do, who we meet, where we choose to go and how hard we work. ?

So, from now on when you wake up each morning see the day as that chance to win the lottery. A chance in which you actually have some control over whether you get the lucky ticket or just waste two dollars(24hours).
