Meet Dylan — Shift Lead at Blank Street 's Fifth Ave location, playlist curator extraordinaire, and the kind of barista who remembers your order and your favorite music artist.

"It’s a dance," Dylan says of working with his team. "We’ve developed this unspoken language where everyone knows how to work in sync. That connection makes all the difference."

For Dylan, creating “little” moments of joy is second nature. "That’s what Blank Street allows me to do. It's like a blank canvas for great customer service.”

Whether it’s creating a playlist of customers' favorite songs, “treating everyone like a celebrity,” or sliding drinks across the bar “bartender style,” Dylan goes above and beyond to make every interaction memorable.

When asked about the achievement he’s most proud of, Dylan shares it’s: “Being here. This is a really cool opportunity that came to me just for being the person I am at work."

And Dylan’s role model? "Everyone I meet. They inspire me to keep coming back and doing the things that I do. I don't have one role model. Everyone can teach you something."
