Tim Hagen, glad to review some of your content. From my experience, the single missing element in nearly every conflict and mishap is something as old as the bible: HONESTY. Many minorities and majorities remain silent to triggers, policy impacts, but never trust the organization's communication channel enough to be honest which is nearly essential in problem solving people or technical challenges ??. Agree?
