EVERYBODY STRUGGLES.. HOW MUCH CAN YOU TAKE AND HOW CAN YOU WIN?

EVERYBODY STRUGGLES.. HOW MUCH CAN YOU TAKE AND HOW CAN YOU WIN?

Truth. No matter how "successful" you are- you will endure a struggle. Every day will provide you joy with a plethora of struggle mixed in.

This is normal not abnormal. Many of my coaching clients often arrive thinking their life is a bit more "messy" than others because they are dealing with "issues" everyday.

Many of these individuals are in business for themselves, so the situation can seem amplified. As most business owners know, your employees problems can easily become your problems.

I am in the business of accountability and reminding individuals that their physicality and their mindset will drive their day to day feelings and outcomes.

Creating and developing coping/ awareness strategies are essential to living a life that is "even" and not filled with radical, hour to hour ups and downs.

Keeping your excitability curve "even" and "neutral" will allow for more flow and less swings of peaks and valleys.

Many of the great players that have graced us in the world of sports show this quality after a poor performance and negative outcome.

They never get too high and they certainly never get too low. They have an understanding that this is the process. Struggle is a part of the process. The greatest victories are conceived from epic failure often times.

Reading the biographies of many of the worlds top performers and global leaders you will find times of hardship always followed by times of thriving acceleration and growth. Accept that this is the process. Accepting this will ease your pain.

My coaching philosophy has always been built on getting individuals to a "neutral" place physically and mentally.

Slowing down their body and mind just enough so they can actually "feel" again. This is the breeding ground of intuition, gut and instincts. Taking a client back to their "neutral" position allows for more optimized decision making rather than reactivity.

Reducing stress levels will allow for your channels to open and again be more focused and more present. In todays world, we are dealing with high levels of engagement and overstimulation, taking us away from the calm of decades ago (the pre-tech era). We are constantly in gear, battling and running. This is a very dangerous state to be in for long amounts of time.

So what am I saying?

I have found now more than ever people need support. Genuine, honest and caring support in their journey. I believe support is not just a one sided street. If you get support, you must also give it. My favorite part of Coaching is that you can see individuals arrive disempowered and leave as champions.

Through support, accountability, programming and progression people are able to dial themselves back in.

Feeling, neutralizing and refocusing in a more quiet mind and better functioning physical body.

If you have never been formally Coached, having somebody to hold you accountable to yourself is a very powerful situation. Coaching is often the "secret" success ingredient behind most high level achievers.

There are times in life when we run out of "will power." That is normal. Years of enduring the "fight" will wear you down and using outside accountability to dial you back in may be just what you need to break out of your repetitive physical and mental patterns that leave you feeling fatigued and defeated.

Thinking that using others for your own accountability is the wrong thought process. It is not weakness, it is intelligence. You can not be all things at all times. Delegating partial accountability until you get your wheels rolling again is a great thing. It is not your "forever" state, but a temporary state. Daily accountability will get you back in the right lane. The winning lane.

I always say, "Winning is fun." The fastest way to break out of your "struggles" is to start winning again. Win every day. Win your physical game. Win your mental game. Win for yourself. Win for your family. You can be an All-Star in all that you do if you can realign yourself.

All great performers have Coaches to get them to achieve greatness. We can not do it alone. #Support.
