Everybody searching for something...

I believe that we are all born into being wantrepreneurs.

As we are born into this world we get encouraged to evolve and we do it fast.

Soon enough we start kindergarten where we learn the rules of how to interact with other people and socializing. We join a school and we are given rules about how "everything" works, black or white, right or wrong. We are "taught" by memorizing everything rather than understanding things.

Just like we learned as an infant, to reach results we need to dare to take risks. Transforming from being a wantrepreneur to becoming an entrepreneur is the ability to take calculated risks and every now and then dare to do that jump when the risk calculations don't align with what your will and heart are telling you.

Being someone who breaks through barriers who overcome challenges and who strive for success means that you will be put into situations that not always have the expected outcome.

Being a "rule" breaker or someone who sees problems as challenges that are part of your learning curve, that by trying new things and not just following in the same footpath as everyone else will make you reach far greater results than the general public.

This is where a mentor or a business coach will help you change the world, reach beyond your expectation, and act as the tool that enables you.

Learn about your limits, know your limits, and erase them by adding someone else's experience to the mix.

Who benefits from having a mentor and why the short answer is everyone but most people don't have a mentor, probably because of the facts that I opened this article with. That we are taught to follow in other people's footpath and not to challenge the norm.

But if you look at the successful people I believe that all have had a mentor that helped them to reach closer to their full potential. Because reaching your full potential can’t be done by doing like everyone else, and it takes a lifetime of experience at least. But you can hack the system and save a lifetime by adding someone else's life full of experience. Someone that has been seeking just like you have, who have been

We all have someone we looked up to as we were younger, but the goal with a mentor is not that, not to have as an idol or to look up to but still someone that has more experience than you have and have gone through challenges that you might be heading towards.

The goal with a mentor is guidance, like a pathfinder or a flashlight or perhaps the breadcrumbs that point you in the direction with previously known least resistance and greatest reward. But someone who also listens to you and understands if you might want to pursue an alternative path where there might be more resistance but a possibility for even higher reward.
