?For forty years Moses wandered in the wilderness just footsteps away from the promises of God that lie in Canaan; the so-called land of milk and honey. Each day he arose with the intent of entering but he never made it. That’s right for forty long years, 14,600 days Moses looked over and saw that incredible promised land; but never tasted it. Each day he arose and missed out on that opportunity choosing instead to hang out with the wrong crowd. That’s right instead of listening to GOD he kept trying to bring his friends with him, the ones he came up out of Egypt with and sadly Moses died never tasting those promises…because he refused to realize…that everybody ain’t meant to go to Canaan.

Some of us have been wandering in the wilderness, hanging with the wrong crowd for years. Trying to drag, push, pull, shove them and talk them into coming along. Each day we arise and see that opportunity over the horizon but never quite experience it because we’re too busy hanging…with the wrong crowd. People who were with us when we came out of Egypt…never realizing that they weren’t meant to go any further.
Your Canaan be it personal or professional is waiting for you to step foot into and begin tasting and enjoying it. But you can’t get there hanging out with the wrong crowd. Hey it’s honorable that you want to take some of those who left Egypt with you along for this next level of blessings that GOD has for your life…but in reality friend...
Everybody ain’t meant to go to Canaan…
