to chat and enjoy each other's company. The group, aged 75 to 85, was a lively bunch. Nanny Gill invited me to join them during this week's Streatham Holiday. It was a fabulous and chaotic hour, full of wonderful random dialogues. At one point, they chatted about "Flanders and Swann," whom I had never heard of until they launched into a rendition of their classic: "Mud, Mud, Glorious Mud."
I once had this idea to put up one of my Random Dialogues table-top chalked signs in a coffee shop to just sit and see who came over to chat. The pic below from 2017 is a gathering I organised, so not random. Yeshe Trinley joined us from Samye Ling Monastery.

Let me say, that looking at the consequences of our actions and timing in our lives: slow living and conscious action, can be the key to fulfillment in your work, personal life, and your lifestyle.
For what is medicine?
Something that enables and restores and even motivates our well-being, and preferably has no side effects, so let it be a natural healing therapy. Daily attention and awareness, of life and living. Be in your day. It’s all we have.
Prevention is better than cure.
Love yourself and then we can be able, to love others …
