“EVERY SCHOOL HAS ITS OWN JOURNEY”

It was Friday afternoon before leaving for a long weekend, I was with one of the School Leader who is a great educationist and having immense experience in the field of education.

We discussed quite a few points and further expansion strategies for months ahead.

There were some decisions which we had to dropdown considering the journey travelled by another school and didn’t worked out as expected.

While we were exchanging thoughts on such decisions, there comes the golden line

“EVERY SCHOOL HAS ITS OWN JOURNEY”

It sounds so soothing, but required detailed analysis before we shape our thoughts into a decision rather than following the footsteps of others.

Every day we are experiencing a new change, a change which we have never ruminate. Social media have taken each and every aspect on a roller coaster.

Every school has its own unique story to tell. It is a story of its founding, its growth, its challenges, and its triumphs. It is a story of the people who have made the school what it is today, including the students, teachers, staff, parents, and alumni.
