Every positive thought is a silent prayer

One of the greatest things about prayer isn’t so much that we get to be heard of by God, but that God can use our prayers to bring us to understanding and solid grounding in the truth of who He is. spoken prayer can change circumstances but the best part about our prayer life must be that it prepares us for Him and His effective service through us. Taking a set time to pray is important but praying continually should be the norm for us as believers, God speaks, inspires and challenges our lives while we go through each day, through many situations.
Prayers with spoken words establish something in the heavenly realms, angels hear them, good and bad. This is why thanksgiving is so important to our lives, it establishes trust, love and peace in our hearts when our hearts trouble us, remember Jesus words said in relation to prayer ? 'You shall have whatever you say' thinking of the prosperity gospel but whilst we don’t deny the reality of our circumstances, we must agree with the word of God when we pray. That word spoken becomes an anchor to hold us to the truth.
Silent prayers are meant for you and God, loud prayers are meant for anyone (angel or human) to hear. As for power, is up to God, if He wants to answer it or not, but it's all the same. As long as you give God time thru patience, cause He will do it on His time, not ours. And when you ask, full hearted with your believe, believe it so, but also remember that we do not know what we should be praying for, so the holy spirit will intercede for us thru moans and groans which we cannot understand. Kinda like He is our interpreter, translator.
Also keep in mind that sometimes He wants us to learn something in the process of asking Keep the faith, don't get discouraged. God is the one who is all powerful. We cannot “manipulate Him. We pray for ourselves, to have peace of mind and heart. We pray to to affirm our faith, to feel there is hope, so that we can go on with our acts of loving service to others. Our Father - the default format of prayer. The first half of this prayer reminds us that God is God. He reigns. He is in control. So we should not worry.
"Give us today our daily bread. Not give us a hot girlfriend, or a fancy car, or a big house. God will provide for our survival, what we need, not our unnecessary wants. Forgive us as we forgive those who sin against us. Forgive ourselves, so that we can forgive others. Another good prayer is just be grateful. No words of requests. Just be thankful. God is in control.
Sometimes, or often, its hard to believe that. We may think that our life is in the hands of those powerful mortals. He may be passing through a steep road ahead. We pray, either silent or aloud, to remind ourselves that: Neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor rulers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God
If a person attributes every ‘positive’ outcome to mean a prayer answered, and discounts every unanswered prayer as ‘the will of their god(s)’ then all prayers will appear to be answered. Statistically, prayer doesn’t matter, doesn’t work. No test of prayer effectiveness (and quite a few have been done) offers a shred of evidence that praying matters. You understand the import of your prayers better if you can hear yourself asking.
Essentially you get to tell yourself, ‘It sounds weird when I put it that way,” so you can understand how you feel about the actual words, what they intend and even what state of mind you’re in when you’re praying. Getting an understanding like this helps you to not ‘ask amiss.’ That being said, praying silently is just as powerful as praying aloud; if your prayers are sincere, aloud or silent, they are powerful.
